Q.1 What was your first impression of Jason?
A. Jason took over our team near the end of season, we were in the relegation zone, he changed our side from having a poor mentality to having a winning one with a more positive attitude going into matches. If he had taken over sooner, our position on the table would’ve been much better.
Q. 2 What did you think of Jason as a coach Manager?
A. I like working with experienced coaches who have been at a high level or played themselves, i learn much more and take in far more as they see your strengths and encourage them instead of changing your game because they are narrow minded. Jason saw my strengths and encouraged them greatly, giving me confidence, which put me in the right frame of mind for games.
Q. 3 What would you say are Jason’s strengths?
A. Jason’s strengths are definitely his presence, from day 1 he means business. On the pitch he means business and off the pitch he is very understanding. He knows how to get the best out of a player having a lot of experience.
Q. 4 How would Jason be a benefit to any other club or organisation?
A. You cannot take away Jasons experience and this experience would benefit any club or organisation he would join.
Having worked in England and various roles in Asia he has worked with many different types of people and groups and can adapt well in any environment.
Q. 5 How would you summarise your experience with Jason in one sentence?
A. I wish I had more time with Jason, I enjoyed the training sessions, even the tough ones LOL, and as I said above, he gave me confidence and encouraged my strengths which lead me to a contract for the biggest club in SEA, Buriram United.
